Retailer Claims/Return Policy

         Perishable items

Pets B2B has a no return policy due to product safety concerns once product ships the warehouse cannot accept it back into their facility.

·       Damages, shortages/overages or other related issues must be reported by the store to info@petsb2bdirect.com within 24hrs of receipt. No exceptions.

·       To report damages, click on the link to complete the form and send along with clear photos showing the issue along with any additional support to info@petsb2bdirect.com.

·       Pets B2B will review claims and if approved, B2B will provide a gift card credit that can be used towards the next order.

o   If the Brand wishes to send a replacement product in lieu of credit, the Brand must cover the shipping costs of the replacement order.

Non-Perishable Items

·       Claims for damages, shortages/overages, or returns require that the product be in its original condition unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

·       To start a return, please click on the link, complete the form and send along with clear pictures to info@petsb2bdirect.com.

·       If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returned items will be subject to a return fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns on:
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Perishable items (except documented delivery damages)

No Exchanges / No Refunds
Pets B2B Direct does not process product exchanges or refunds. Approved credits are issued in the form of a gift card for future purchases.
