Pets B2B Direct Rewards Programs

Pets B2B Direct offers two rewards programs that allow eligible customers to earn credits toward future purchases.

1. Loyalty Rewards — $25 Credit

Place five qualifying orders of $500 or more each to earn a $25 credit toward a future purchase.

2. New Brand Rewards — $5 Credit

Place a qualifying order of $150 or more from a brand you have not previously purchased from through Pets B2B Direct to earn a $5 credit toward a future purchase.

 

Program Terms and Conditions

• Credits are applied toward future purchases and are not redeemable for cash.
• Orders must meet the applicable minimum purchase requirements to qualify.
• Pets B2B Direct reserves the right to determine order eligibility and how rewards are earned and applied.
• Rewards cannot be transferred to another account.
• Pets B2B Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue either rewards program, including its requirements and benefits, at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Participation in these programs constitutes acceptance of the applicable program terms.
