Our family business was founded in 2009, long before ever making pet treats. We first began by sourcing premium quality fish to restaurant distributors, food grade manufacturers/processors, and fishing vessels. Since then, we’ve expanded our operations to include zoos and aquariums and our own pet treat production.
The key to our success has been our ability to maintain full control over the chain of custody. By operating on Gloucester, MA’s fish pier, the oldest pier in the country, we have direct access to all the local fishermen. They offload their fresh fish directly into our production facility where we inspect, produce, and ship out the product ourselves, ensuring freshness and quality with every step. Additionally, we have offices and team members all around the world who work directly with fishermen abroad. The synergy between our international and domestic sourcing allows us to offer a wide variety of products with a consistent year-round supply by using either market to make up for what the other lacks.
